Sapak Takraw is a great game which reduces the fat and other wastage in the human body and put the body in a healthy condition. I call this game as “Leg Volley Ball”.

my x b.f loves to play sepak takraw when we were still in high school maybe because the sport is so interesting and exciting……

Just to clarify a bit.
Sepak is actually a Malay for kick
Takraw is Thai for rattan ball.
