What Makes Business Fun?

It may be more important than ever to find the fun at work. How do you do that?

We’ve probably all been subjected to someone else’s idea of fun. Here’s our chance to come up with some great ideas for each other.

Let’s brainstorm what’s fun and what’s not. Whether you’re an employer or employee, I’d love to know what you do to create a fun workplace, or what you find fun at work. Let us know what type of work you do and something that makes it more fun. Or let us know what someone else is doing that’s supposed to be fun, but really just drives you nuts.
