I always have Munich and Philadelphia, and I've added (and deleted) others as needed, since it's quite easy. That really helps during the DST gap. Apparently it's not as widely used in the north, or the person I was talking to was a little daft, not sure which. He really had no idea what I meant by "three quarters nine."
