What would you ask during the debate.

With the ‘town-hall’ style presidential debate tomorrow, I was wonder what you would ask the candidates about small business and starting businesses?

For me, it’s about healthcare. I want to know exactly how they would approach health care for small business owners.

Both major candidates have had general discussions but now I want details.

How about you? What would you ask the candidates?

  1. Kelly says:

I’d ask — Why do women still earn less compared to every dollar earned by men? And what do you plan to do about it?

OK, the issue’s not as pressing as say, the war, but it’s still an important one.

  2. I’d ask John McCain “why is “drill baby drill” even an option if it’s going to take ten years to impact our checkbooks? Shouldn’t our goal to be oil free in ten years?”

  3. Shannon,

Have you ever had to deal with a TSA employee at the airport that was clueless?

Have you ever met a veteran that could only afford the services of the VA?

Have you ever had to personally deal with DFACS?

If you answered yes to any of thes then you might understand why I want the Federal Government to keep away from my healthcare! I have enough problems with bureaucrats without having more in my life.

@brett: that time period is what the opponents say. industry insiders say that off-shore would take less than two years and shale oil would be about 5-6 years. But doing nothing is not going to produce more oil. neither is raising taxes on oil companies going to produce more oil, nor will it lower the prices for filling up my car.

Maxin Waters wants a TSA style bureaucracy running the oil companies. If you think that the wait at the Gas pump is bad now, just wait till the FedOilServices bureaucracy takes over.
