So winword, excel, visio, cmd, powerpt, notepad, winamp, mplayer2 are all just a couple clicks away. On my start menu, I have apps that dont have easy exe's I can type - eg., Irfanview, Office VPN, doc & design tmplates, yahoo music, and other such apps. Working of a handheld so can't get a screenshot in here, but this hopefully provides a good overview. I must say I use the Win+R (Run command prompt) a lot.
