Kind of makes you think the ref (whose name is Garth DeFelice) has a beef against the guy, doesn’t it?
Seriously, though, those refs have to be tough in case they get clocked by a player. It definitely looks like this ref must have feared for his life. Can you image having 211 pounds of muscle coming your way?
