		<description>You make a good point. I suspect that ALL resources couldn&#039;t fit on one map ;) At any rate, potash should probably be considered. I didn&#039;t know that about gold. It should comfort people to know where Canada stands on oil, and to realize that, in actuality, Canada is the #1 provider of oil for the U.S.</description>

		<description>One thing to note about the graph is that it doesn&#039;t include all resources.  For example, I know Canada is the largest potash producer in the world, and most of the export goes to China&#039;s growing agricultural base.  I&#039;m sure there could be other resources not represented on here, as well.  And the fact that Canada isn&#039;t on the gold list doesn&#039;t sound right - Barrick is the second or third top producer in the world, behind Australia.  So it would be interesting to know what data sets they are using.  I like your point about knowledge resources, too, and intellectual labor.  Very important!</description>
