Whoops – Let This One Slip: Jack Keane to be distributed world wide
Well, this is some old news… probably released while I was out buying some Christmas presents or watching porn. Okay, I don’t watch porn, but you can just pretend I do if that makes you feel better about me letting some pretty sweet news pass me buy.
According to this December 17th post over at Adventure Gamers, it would appear that Deck 13’s pirate loving game called Jack Keane just might make it out onto some game store shelves. Yes! Even here in the United States!
I mean, they did get Ankh published and was I ever so excited to see it at my local Target for $10. But, I’m so cheap, I didn’t even buy it. I did make suggestions to people for them to buy me that game as a stocking stuffer, but my pleading got me NOTHING but a punch to the face and a black eye. Oh, and a bruised shin. And let’s not forget the broken arm.
The box set of the game should be out sometime in March of 2008, which is right around the corner. If you want to start buying stocking stuffers early, this might be one you want to get for your adventure loving pal. Because pirates are awesome.
