Why Digg Will Win Against the MPAA

While all the fun ways to say the HD-DVD encryption code provide hours of amusement, I’ve come to realize they’re not necessary. The DMCA specifically prohibits the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted work and circumvention devices. The code is a reverse-engineered trade secret, neither a copyrighted work nor a circumvention device.
If the MPAA sues Kevin Rose, Kevin will win.
