America’s Dairyland is about as close to heaven on earth that a state made in the likeness of a cable outdoors show can be.  In fact, Wisconsin has had only one flaw that has vexed its residents.  Every morning, when they get finished strapping  the day’s fresh deer carcass to the rusting hood of their 1976 Chevy Suburban, they think wistfully:  If only there were a place where I could have coffee and a taco handed to me by a woman dressed as a tropical pink bird (not the gay kind) in a sombrero, my life would be complete!
