Here’s the Japanese Wii Fit packaging, complete with a Wii Balance Board and the Wii Fit game. Wii Fit will be released on 1st December 2007 in Japan with a reported price of 8800 yen ($77). For other Wii lovers in the world, you have to wait till next year to hit some soccer balls thrown at you, do some yogaing and enjoy some hula hooping.

Activities in Wii Fit

* Yoga exercises
* Press ups
* Step aerobics, including a game in which the player must step on and off the Wii Balance Board in rhythm to the background music
* Hitting on-coming soccer balls and avoiding other objects by leaning forward and back[6]
* A ball-rolling mini-game
* Hula hooping
* Ski jumping, whereby the player squats as low as possible, whilst maintaining his or her balance, and then quickly stands as fast as possible in order to gain a good jump
