The Nintendo Wii is used as a physical therapy tool in an army hospital in Germany. Injured servicemen are required to go through the once boring but now fun therapy sessions that utilize the Wii. Games are selected to tailor to the needs of different patients. Sure enough, Wii is defintely more interesting and effective than squeezing a ball repeatedly for the wounded video-gaming generation army boys men.
Physical therapy can take months of monotonous work. Using the video game is more interesting than putting together puzzles or gripping a rubber ball.
The whole idea that Wii is used in the health sector is totally justifiable. At least, the doctors and nurses can play the gaming console when there are no patients using.
