I am not so sure that Vista will be a “latest” tool type thing for pro bloggers. For most pro bloggers, unless they are hosting their websites themselves, I do not think that the operating system that they use is very important. Whatever tools that they are comfortable with that get the job done should be fine, be that Vista and IE7 or Windows 2000 and Opera or Mac OS and Safari or Linux and FireFox. A good pro blogger may in fact use all of those systems as well as other combinations in order to test their websites to make sure that they are usable to others that are on those platforms.
