I provide lash extensions, i’m an expert in full body waxing for men and women as well as face and body treatments. I want someone to review my services and get a free service in return for plastering me all over the net. especially on web blogs that show up on search engines. I would also like this person to add to wikipedia if possible.
Experience needed. Please send links with your work samples.
thanks so much

I don’t know what it is about this ad but I can’t stop laughing. Here’s a woman who wants bloggers to trade their services for eyelash extensions and bikini waxings. In fact, she’s such a good waxer, she’s Wikipedia-worthy. As you know, Wikipedia is filled with folks offering Brazilians.

Bonus hair removal if she’s on the kind of blogs that show up in search engines.

How do you give lash extensions (not to mention hair removal–ouch!) to someone if they live across the country from you? And please explain how you expect to get national clients for what is (or at least has traditionally) been) a person-to-person service?

  2. Laurie says:

I’m not even too clear on what lash extensions are, but I’m relatively sure my landlord wouldn’t accept them in lieu of the rent.

  3. It’s the Wikipedia thing that gets me the most. How many waxers do you see in Wikipedia?

  4. Laurie says:

The ones who add themselves to it, I guess. Or, in this case, are so clueless that they ask others to add them in exchange for long-distance manscaping.

    I can’t believe I just wrote that.

  5. Well, if the Wikipedia thing gets to you, then I’m sure the “experience needed” part must be the icing on the cake, since the poster seems to assume that there is an industry out there for adding waxing experts to Wikipedia!
