Wilson Launches Williams Sisters Racquets
The Williams sisters have a new line of tennis racquets. Venus Williams unveiled the “W3 Divine Iris” last week in Warsaw, and Serena will be unveiling the “W3 Gypsy Rose” some time in the near future, assuming she returns to the courts by the end of the summer, as planned.
Venus’ W5 Divine Iris is white with chocolate and golden swirls on the fame “inspired from the work of her favorite painter, 19th century Austrian artist Gustav Klimt.”
Serena’s W3 Gypsy Rose incorporates her favorite colors, pink and brown, in an accents “influenced by her style icons Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton.”
Both the W3 Gypsy Rose and W5 Divine Iris will hit retailers in July 2006 and will retail for $270.
