Last week I introduced you to the FitDeck, a deck of cards with exercises on them that you can use to make exercising fun with a variety of movements. Phil Black, the inventor of FitDeck was kind enough to provide a few decks for a giveaway and one for myself to review. Before I get to the contest, let me give you my review.
The FitDeck is even better than I first thought. The cards are heavy duty and durable to stand the test of time with regular use. The instruction are specific and easy to follow and comes with examples of games you can play to make your workout fun. Different cards focus on different sections of the body like Upper, mid, lower and full body workout. There is a stretching card that shows some basic exercises and each card shows and explains how to perform each exercise. In the Body Weight FitDeck there are 46 exercises. This is a great new way to get your work out started up in the morning, especially for the person that has a hard time getting started due to boredom or lack of instruction. With that said, let’s get to the give away.
I have a FitDeck Body Weight deck that you can use just about anywhere with no equipment require. All you might need is a sturdy surface with room enough to get down on the ground.
To go along with the Bodyweight FitDeck, I have the Office Fitdeck Booster pack. These are exercises that you can do from your desk chair to help stretch and keep your muscles loose and the blood flowing.
Another Booster Deck that will go along with this is the Stair deck that is great for anyone that wants to build strength in their lower body and build aerobic endurance. Must have access to a flight of stairs.
So if you win you get the 56 card Body Weight Fit Deck, The Office Booster FitDeck and the Stairs Booster FitDeck. That’s about a $35.00 value, the getting in shape and being healthy is priceless.
Each FitDeck comes in a nice plastic deck holder too!

I want to win, especially the stairs deck.
They sound like a fun and varied way to exercise.
I want to win the Fitdeck cards. Especially with the next couple of months being the busiest time of the year for my gym, you never know what equipment will be available.
I would love to win the fitdeck cards. I always find that after a few months my gains start to slow and this would be a great way to add variety to my workout.
