I have to agree with Roc on this one. I don’t think there were any rule infractions that led to the Toyotas starting up front, but had more to do with these cars not being setup for “race trim”. I think the results of the race validate this theory.

I think it’s not rule infractions as much as you have the cars that had to qualifiy for the race up front and the cars in race setup in the back. This is a impound race. It ought to make for a great big wreck early in the race.

I can’t wait to see what kind of rules they tampered with in order to get up front. Don’t tell me that pre-race inspections catch everything.
