WDS 3.0 only indexes Outlook 2007 (and only OneNote 2007). I don't think you can use both WDS 3.0 AND full Windows Desktop Search. In my case, since I use the full WDS daily, I opt NOT to download the optional WDS 3.0 and click "Remind me later" every time I open Outlook and OneNote 2007. Hope that helps.
