Last week, Microsoft released Windows Vista Beta 2 to the general public via Microsoft download sites or via purchase. The demand for the huge package by download has made numerous download sites unreachable at times.
Shortly after the release, the software became available on BitTorrent for download, but now it appears, Microsoft is pushing back sending a Cease and Desist order to VistaTorrent.com to remove the download. More from the Windows Vista Weblog on the legal action.
