I bought the Pinnacle HD Pro stick and installed the TVCenter Pro that came with it. The image below shows the video display is on a different location as the TVCenter Pro itself. I am still searching how to solve this problem. I am not sure if it is some config, driver or Vista patch issue.

I had a similar problem with stick 330e . There is a driver update ta Windows Updates. you have to unistall TvCenter and install again 4.94a of TVCENTER
i am having the same problem all of a sudden my video was stuck in the upper left corner after weeks of watching tv normally
I bought Pinnacle Tvcenter Pro
and my tv is very slow so slow it won’t play sounds. Dvds play fine should I take back or

Thank You

Biggest pain in the ass I’ve ever encountered. Installed, had problems. Corresponded with vendor, got results. Worked for a time. Set to record, come down in the morning and find it locked up and nothing recorded. Attempt to install upgrades and end up in an endless loop. This stuff is not ready for prime time and the vendor is very alloof and not helpfull. Sorry I ever encountered Pinnacle. I’ve had more hours of grief than I need. I should have invested in TIVO. JOMO.
Sincerely,

Sitting at his computer and trying to figure out why the latest Pinnacle upgrade fails to work at all and to figure out where the link might be to correspond with some vendor support. Thing goes in an endless loop. I’m worse off than I was yesterday. The software worked most of the time or part of the time yesterday. Works not at all today.
