World of Warcraft Movie: A Chinese Production

February 18, 2006 by Ingrid Diaz

The Chinese are busy over there creating their very own, real-live World of Warcraft Movie, and I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about this sooner.

Here are a few photographs (supposedly) from the film (I can’t imagine what else they’d be from – perhaps a very elaborate WoW-themed Halloween party?)

My, what a big axe you have

What’s with the spiked choker? I didn’t know Night Elves were into S&M. Is this a new race skill I haven’t trained in?

Looks more like a Jolly Green Giant fan convention. And why is the Horde waving Twizzlers in the air?

I can only strive towards such levels of coolness.

*cough*

It makes sense as China can really produce a MMO without any outsourcing.
