World Poker Tour Hosting Poker Bootcamp

If you live in fantasy land (and not of the football variety), you might be interested in the WPT Bootcamp.  The poker bootcamp is aimed to improve amateur/novice poker players skills in cash games and tournaments.  Pros such as Mike Matusow, TJ Cloutier, Todd Brunson, and Mike Sexton are advertised as being involved although it looks like it’s usually a 1 mega star per camp ratio.

The cost for the newest upcoming bootcamp is $1,895 over 2 days.  WPT also has 3 day camps with most held at Las Vegas hotels but a cruise bootcamp also advertised on the horizon.

The cost is pricey for most people, but there’s not much doubt in my mind that this is a first class event.  I also think that participants will get really good training with a decent student to teacher ratio and decent value for their dollar.  If you have the money and are intrigued, take a look at the WPT bootcamp testimonials.
