Worshipping beer

This is kind of an interesting concept. Called beer church, it’s an attempt to take the social and convivial nature of beer drinking and use it for the forces of good. I’m not entirely sure I understand how it works, but as part of a beer tasting group loosely associated with a church, I applaud the effort.

Are there any beer church folks out there who can tell us what’s it all about?
