One way to keep your writing clients coming back is through excellent customer service. It’s worth thinking about. Your customer service should include:
- Clear contracts or letters of agreement on each job.
- Making your deadlines or, if you’re going to be late, give the customer advance warning.
- Returning phone calls and emails promptly
