Kristen King, over at BizChicksRule points out it’s Small Business Week.
(Lol! I googled Small Business Week and discovered it’s real title is National Small Business Week.)
No matter. Much to my delight, Kristen includes TheGoldenPencil in her list of small businesses… she recognizes that if your serious about your freelance writing career you must treat it like a business.
My question to you today is: Do YOU treat your writing, editing, blogging, etc. like a business? If you do, tell us about it, and if you don’t, why not?

You know, Anne, I didn’t before. But I’ve evolved into it simply because I’m doing so much now, that I have to.
The internet looks different from a business perspective.
That’s for my nonfiction writing, my book, and my speaking.
Fiction, now that’s a different story. I’m not there yet.
lol, Tammy I see you as a writer and a business woman no matter what you’re writing… but that’s just my view ;)
