Ever wonder what happens when you drop a steel ring entrance ramp onto your head?
After last night’s WWE One Night Stand Pay-Per-View we know. It opens up a gash the size of the Grand Canyon (see right). But if you’re Big Show it doesn’t stop you from winning the Singapore Cane match and unleashing your unparalleled form of dominance.
Ever wonder what it looks like UP CLOSE when you drop a steel ring entrance ramp onto your head?
If so, WWE.com has an answer to that riddle. They have posted black-and-white pictures of the Big Show’s gash just prior to the stitching up. Those pictures are available here and are not for the squeamish, especially the two that involve needles.
How many stitches do you think he needed? Our guess is 25. Anybody else with a guess?
