X-Plane Gets New Scenery

Austin, Sergio and Ben have been very busy lately working on X-Plane 8.2. while only an incremental release the big news is the new Worldwide Scenery. The new scenery looks simply stunning. The new scenery is $29 for existing customers and $79 for new customers.

Have a look at some screenshots from the X-Plane website, the Global Scenery website, and then purchase your copy from Laminar Research. Keep in mind you will need 60 GB of disk space to install the new scenery for the whole world. You can, however, install just selections of the new scenery if you don’t quite have that much space to spare. ;)
