X-Plane Popular Mechanics Contest Results

Austin has announced results from the Popular Mechanics Design Contest on the X-Plane website. Some of the entries have been made available for download and I can’t wait to take a few of them for a flight around the pattern.

I’m really interested in trying Pat Kelbe’s flying wing and Skyray 9. The design Tom Hays created looks like it came straight out of Burt Rutan’s Scaled Composites hangar as well as Todd Parker’s Baby Bronco. Those, however are not available for download.
