Yahoo i a Great Company to Work For
Fortune has released their traditional “100 Best Companies to Work For” for 2006, and for the first time Yahoo is in taking the 73rd spot.
Fortune writes:
What makes it so great?
The dot-com spirit lives at the Internet portal, which makes its debut on our list. Onsite amenities include massage, haircuts, dentistry, car wash, oil change, foosball, bocce, free lattes, and stock options for all.
Update:
In a related post at threadwatch a couple of employees have commented: “The lattes are free, but the haircuts, oil changes, car washes, etc. cost money. But they’re extremely convenient – the vendors come right onsite.”
