You Still Gotta Hit The Gym, Wii Can’t Beef You Up

The Nintendo Wii can make you sweat but it is not a replacement for doing the real sports such as playing Real Tennis instead of Wii Tennis.

“The energy used when playing Wii Sports games was not of high enough intensity to contribute towards the recommended daily amount of exercise in children,” say a recent study.

But the Wii still does better than the 360 in the “sweat-it-out” category.
