YouTube Rolls Out Quality Switch

YouTube has been testing higher-quality videos we can watch with a hack, and now it’s rolling out a quality toggle switch on some videos. Embed codes are still unaffected, though. Click here for a (surprisingly non-partner) example.
I’m surprised this wasn’t rolled out for partner videos first. Wonder how creators can get in on the early-adopter action.
