YPN Has No Option to Report TOS Violation

Ever since YPN was introduced they never had an option to report violators of their TOS. I am not sure if this serves advertisers interests in any way, but publishers can sue enjoy it… This is just another site I ran into which clearly violates the YPN’s TOS and can clearly generate misleading clicks, but hey, Yahoo gets paid right?

To be fair, I must add that while Adsense does have this reporting feature, the simply don’t give a crap about the reports. So which one is better, Adsense or YPN? I am not sure, what do you think?
