Ho-hum, yet another fashion line-turned-mobile phone. Alcatel has teamed up with Elle to manufacture the cheapest glam phone ever at $180.00. Whoopee. Whoever thought the words “glam” and “cheap” would go together?
Specs-wise it isn’t much. With 3MB of memory and a VGA camera, you are assured that not only were you yesterday’s fashion, but also yesteryear’s technology.
