Not too long ago, I remember when Dell was considered a cutting-edge, respectable computer company. Their customer service was unparalleled (now it just sucks), they made a name for themselves by customizing their computers to meet the needs of their customers and they offered specialty peripherals. “Reverb” Solar-Powered iPhone Dock Is Huge

Have you seen the Reverb solar-powered iPhone/iPod dock? It’s massive! Seriously, at three feet tall, this thing is really cool but it’s also a bit puzzling. First of all, many of us like our iPods since they are relatively tiny but can store a lot of music. They’re convenient. When you attach it to something that is the size of a pre-schooler, it becomes a lot less practical, I would think. Still, there’s no price on being friendly to the environment, right? Unfortunately, it takes a whole 20 hours outside/40 hours indoors of sun exposure to get this bad baby up to full charge. Nokia Recalls 14 Million Chargers

Nokia has launched a massive recall after it was determined that chargers made by the company earlier this year could be faulty and potentially dangerous. The recall includes approximately 14 million chargers globally. The world’s biggest mobile phone maker warns that users could get an electrical shock from using the chargers and promises to replace them for free. If you are trying to determine whether you might be affected by the recall, here is some information: The recall is not in effect for chargers sold in China, Britain, Brazil and Argentina.
