if u r on ps3 press the up botton on the controler then press up again where u can dail any # then press call

To enter these codes, press your keyboards UP ARROW twice. Niko’s cellphone should go from the cellphone menu to the cellphone keypad on successive up arrow presses. You can dial any number from there.
