		<description>Yes, my ipod nano scratched about 1 week after I received it as a gift, all I did was put it in my overnight bag with some clothes and it returned home scratched, I wish someone had warned me, and I wouldn&#039;t have tried to prevent this :(  Any suggestion for getting the scratches out, or trying to return it with the warranty?  Thanks-Jen</description>
