It’s the hottest commercial mobile printing solution in the market today. The KODAK Picture Maker is the most convenient way of getting those camera phone pics printed in a jiffy. You can easily spot these around the world – they look like teller machines but instead of spitting out cash, they spit out small 3×4 or 2×3 photos.
The Picture Maker has a mini USB port for cameras as well as a card reader that can recognize SD/MMC, CF, xD and all types of Memory Sticks. Wireless connectivity is also supported though a Bluetooth and IrDA dongle.
The funny thing about the Picture Maker is that it kills the film print industry, which Kodak has been very supportive of. You get your prints faster, cheaper, without sacrificing quality.

Although here in Germany, I still see a lot of people who “refuse” (or are too cheap) to buy digicams. So I guess there’s still a special market for film. Just like those who still uses black and white photos. Maybe.
correct you are melissa. film photography still has its niche, especially in the billboard industry. digital photographs are only as good as their megapixels can get them blown up.
film cameras can take realllly huge images without pixelation. (i.e. billboards)
