Lethal weapons disguised as mobile phones

Remember those comics and movies in the 70’s where the ol’ pear a soap into the shape of a pistol at the jail cell? Well this is a similar case but it involves a Sony Ericsson W700 – at least what LOOKS LIKE to be a W700. Police have arrested two kids who had in possession a stun gun that bears semblance to a mobile phone. I guess the Sony Ericsson PR have a lot of crap to work on to control this nightmare. But really, is this a serious matter? Stun guns aren’t exactly illegal and are allowed to be carried by the police force in replacement of guns.
The scary part is knowing that even if these stun guns are safer than real guns, why are we disguising them as mobile phones?
