Fring VoIP Olympics

Hey, this is neat. The Fring community is offering live coverages of the olympics. How, pray tell? From an open source community of volunteers who are willing to do their own blow by blow via VoIP and Fring.

This is really cool. To listen in, you can do so by installing the Olympics add on. Follow these instructions:

Several fringsters will be providing live commentary via fring from Beijing, starting Aug. 08! Just select a fring Olympics add-on from the fringAdd-on catalog (Options > Settings > Manage Add-ons) and our fringCommentators will share all kinds of live Olympic scoops like great finish lines, gorgeous swimsuits and hot gossip from the Olympic Village! [via email]

Now that Fring is available on Linux, you can also use your Nokia N810 MID to do this as well!
