Motorola V9m: The RAZR’s Second Coming

I really like it how pre-press photos work. I’m almost sure there phone company’s PR agency out there that takes blurred cameraphone shots of new “seen in the wild” products like the Motorola V9m for viral marketing campaigns. “Make sure its just a tad more blurry, but enough to still see the logo.” Heh. Kidding.
Coming out by late this year, the V9m is an all chrome CDMA device that has an incorporated touch screen. Not too many details are known just yet, except that reports do confirm that it will not run on Linux, as products like the MotoMing confirm. Hmm, this is weird. I’d say that the V9m was the more user friendly version of the Motorola Ming.

So funny, blury picture. I’ll take a better picture for I do have the dummy phone in hand. New accessories can be found at my site at http://www.totallycellphones.com

Even though the photograph is blurry, I have to admit V9m has that aura of being cool. The big question of course is will Motorola’s market share be severely eroded by the imminent launch of the Apple iPhone? June is nearly here – buckle up for the ride!
dude late this year? thats crazy
i heard in korea the motorola V9m is already on the market!! y is America always hv to be in the bottom!!argh!!
I have the Sprint version of the v9m, and I like the looks, I give it a 10 for looks, but there are some interface tweaks that need to be made.
#1: the load time of applications!! Terrible!
#2: The touch-screen outer has a tendency to start things in your pocket!
Oh, and battery life could be better!
