Nokia 7380 review

I had the chance to play with the Nokia 7380. By tradition of how Nokia fashion phones work, this particular phone was the most eccentric and definitely the most interesting of the L’Amour collection. The other two phones are the Nokia 7360 and 7370.

Well, what’s to say? The 7380 combines the form factor of a lip gloss with the functionality of a phone. The unit itself was meant to be worn around the neck because it comes with a very expensive-looking silver lanyard, making my iPod shuffle’s lanyard look cheap.
The 7370, according to the dedicated blog, The Nokia 7380 will have you gasping for breath with its sheer looks alone. However, as you delve deeper, you will realize that it is much more than a dumb bombshell. The phone has a 2.0-megapixel integrated camera, FM radio and MP3 player, Bluetooth connectivity, Internet access via a WAP 2.0 browser, lightning fast data transfer speeds and voice command responsiveness. What more can you want from this ravishing beauty!
I don’t know why you would want to use this phone to browse the Internet, let alone send SMS. The direction pad is replaced by the iPod-like scroll wheel that let’s you navigate all the letters of the alphabet + menu options. This means that it may take a while for you to actually compose SMS. Don’t bother trying – just call.
The neatest thing about this phone is the LCD screen that morphs out from the silver real estate. Yup, that’s totally cool.
At the end of the day, this phone will make you wanna exclaim, “Damn I wish it had a keypad.”

very nice review!
