Outsourcing from Competitors

Sometimes it seems like the phone industry is too competitive. The “gnashing is teeth” may be the greatest common factor when it comes to brands releasing better versions of their competitor’s handsets. However, if you look at some outsourcing behavior with phone manufacturers, everyone is really just connected to one big web of suppliers:
1. Samsung outsources S60 from Nokia
2. BenQ-Siemens outsources S60 from Nokia
3. Nokia outsources spare parts from Samsung
4. Motorola runs Linux, Windows Mobile
5. Verzio is run by former Sony Ericsson and Nokia engineers
This is a short list, but there are definitely more “did you know that –?!” out there. Care to add to the list, dear reader?

thats the law of nature or you can say some common practices of the corporate world. Many times we have seen big brands instead of manufacturing on their own get things manufactured from their competitor and sell that same thing under their brand name…On the same hand the manufacturer when goes into the market to market the same manufactured product under their brand name..the are not able to do it….
This is an example ..one can find many day to day practices like this being followed by many corporates.
I run my own Outsourcing firm under name – YO! Creations – http://www.yocreationsonline.com
In the world of corporate politics and big business, this is going to happen. What matters it that the consumers are getting the bad end of the deal …
By the way, love the colors on this phone!
