Sophie, between the 6120 and the 5310, I'd definitely go for the 6120 because it runs S60 3rd Ed, which means that you can install applications just like you already can on your N95. That isn't possible with the 5310 because it's an S40 phone. You might wanna look at the E51 though. It's got a similar form-factor to the 5310, HSDPA and S60 like in the 6110, and even Wi-Fi! And for all that, it's still pretty cheap. But again, since you already own an N95, and I'm guessing that you just need a back-up phone for music, perhaps, then the 5310 will do. Hi there.
