The Samsung u740 presents a new way of looking at a mobile phone’s user interface. Presenting an “extended” numerical keypad layout, the u740 can be titled to horizontally to unveil a full QWERTY keypad. Though several phones and PDA manufacturers present a full QWERTY design to their units, the u740 acomplishes this without looking bulky, staying stylish to its form.
The unit also comes with a built in music player, Bluetooth connectivity and a digital camera, which are really obvious staples in the mobile community. The unit is available for CDMA networks. I’d also wonder how good the browsing experience is as there had to be a reason to push for a full QWERTY keypad.
