Sad news. This June ‘09, S60 is shutting down their word of mouth campaign, the Ambassador Program.
It’s been hardly a year since the Ambassador site launched – and what a journey it has been! Over 21 thousand Ambassadors signed up, we ran 9 campaigns, and heard from you all via nearly 6000 personal accounts you’ve submitted. Such colorful reports they have been too! Nip it in the bud is the best thing a corporation can do. Nip it in the bud and blog about it. Nokia’s Ambassador Program is making a lot of waves with good feedback. But amidst this are half baked ambassador experiences that were made just to earn reward points.
The Bad news: We’ve found an instance of plagiarism in the reports. One of our Ambassadors pointed it out to us in an e-mail message. We looked into it with the legal team, and we’re sorry to say that we’ve confirmed that one Ambassador has copied another’s text …read more
