Startling as it may sound, it is Nokia themselves who admit this. In an eye opening post, the Finns discuss their brand ambassador program and how these mavens are supposed to educate the 100,000++ Nokia employees.
So we’ve knocked on doors, delivered pitches, sent powerpoints out, e-mailed links to this blog, and still, when we turn someone new on to all that is the Ambassador program they say “Why the heck doesn’t anybody in Nokia KNOW about this??” Such is the life of a small team in the wide world of Nokia.
