12cast app for iPhone 3Gs links Twitter

The guys from 12seconds.tv have released 12cast. Not only is their first native iPhone app, it also makes recording and uploading videos via 12seconds onto Twitter without any hassles. All you need to do is launch the app and start recording your video. You don’t even need to have a 12seconds account for this to work — you can just login using Twitter.
To celebrate the launch, they are holding a contest. Anyone on Twitter can use the #12cast hashtag to win a year’s worth of data service for their iPhone, completely covered by 12seconds. Check it out!

Zer01 Boasts Unlimited Voice Plans

Zer01 Communications will be unveiling their brand new unlimited voice plans this coming April 1 2009. The new plans will allow full access to voice and data (does this include SMS?) for almost $70 USD. This isn’t exactly cheap, but it is a good deal. I think Zer01 found a sweet spot for power users.
