Happy Halloween! Here’s a nifty little application for the iPhone that pans the screen across a graveyard with matching ambient horror effects (thunder + screams!), and if you tap it, you’ll see blood spattered from shotgun fire. You can trace the blood across the screen too!
Check it out at the App Store (Warning: Launches iTunes).
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

YouTube user mecredis (above) was interviewed wearing his Motorola brick iPhone costume at 0:13. Nothing fancy, but great for getting on television. That was in 2006.
Apple Museum has a hot chick standing beside some guy in an iPhone costume.
AF Jamison has an iPhone hanging from his neck.
And in the office?
Flickr user Gregory Hull has taken a photo of a dog with an iPhone costume oh (well I can’t assume its his dog).
The same thing goes for Scott Edwards. But it’s on him, not his dog.

Why is the iPhone such a popular costume to don? It could have been any other model, but landing on the iPhone as a choice costume has that preconceived iconic “thing.” It’s like Dracula or Frankenstein – the phone has been raised to a pop culture phenomenon.

Well, it’s nothing much. But considering that phone company websites don’t really do this, a huge kudos to Samsung for exerting the extra effort to get batty this Halloween. If you visit their website today, you’ll be rewarded with a screen filled with falling bats and a jack o’ lantern at the bottom right.
