Mojo Mobility has introduced support for Intel’s new MID based platform. Advertised as low cost and high efficiency, the wireless charging solution will work as long as you have your device in the vicinity of the charging unit.

Available later this year, Mojo Mobility’s patent pending inductive wireless charging NFP™ system allows intelligent wireless charging and powering of devices at the same charging rate as conventional wired charging. The NFP™ receiver can be integrated into mobile devices without changing the form factor or size of the device, enabling easy low cost integration by device manufacturers. The system’s Mojo pad™, or base, intelligently adjusts voltage and current to match the specific device’s requirements. Once the device is fully charged, the Mojo™ pad shuts down to eliminate standby power usage common in wired chargers.
