With a fully revamped branding, the new X3 is the first S40 music phone to come with the Ovi services right out of the box. Think of it as really — the X6’s younger brother with a 3.2MP camera, 3.5mm headphone jack, 6GB microSD storage, Bluetooth and Nokia Messaging which really allows you to listen to music and do no-nonsense emailing and instant messaging.

The new X3 also comes with Nokia Audio Messaging support which allows you to send SMS through the built in speaker. For an estimated retail price of EUR 115, the Nokia X3 is expected to ship in the fourth quarter of 2009, in time for Christmas.

The Nokia 5730 XpressMusic is the first every QWERTY device under the music line. Improved from the previous versions, this phone utilizes the new UI for the home screen allowing access to more things — music, games, email, calendar and up to 20 contacts from the scroll bar.

Integrated with the phone is Ovi contacts, which lets other users know if their friends are online given that they are signed up with Ovi.

On the other end of the spectrum, the Nokia 5630 XpressMusic has voice controlled features allowing you to name songs using the “Say and Play” feature. Voice technology isn’t new and if you’ve been fans of Nokia’s voice commands feature, you’d be quick to realize that this was the next logical step. The device comes with a 4GB memory card.

The Nokia 5730 XpressMusic has a suggested retail price of roughly $ 450 USD while the Nokia 5630 XpressMusic retails for about $340 USD.PhP13,020 and comes in black with red accent or grey with blue accent.

Similar to how Nokia launched their Ovi Music store in Singapore, it seems like the new Android OS for the HTC Magic isn’t fully implemented in other parts of the world. In the Philippines for instance, the Android store isn’t even a built in on device application which you can launch.

There isn’t even talk about integration with your Google Applications. Nonetheless, the HTC Magic is a good piece of hardware that seems very promising in what it can deliver. Not sure about when HTC will deploy the rest of the features, or if this is something the telcos should be pushing rather than the phone manufacturers. *shrug*
